Every token here sits on a floor. The floor only goes up. The creator unlocks with it.

The floor only goes up.

Every trade pays $10 per $1,000, in both directions. Nine dollars are locked under the token that was traded and one under $LAUNCH, and no function removes either. What is locked divided by what circulates is the floor.

At launch you pick what your token trades against from a fixed list: a tokenized index, a single stock, or short treasuries. Every fee it ever collects is locked underneath it, in that same thing. A floor made of equity also falls on a bad day for equities.

Selling into the floor takes index shares out and burns the tokens sold in the same transaction, so both halves of the fraction shrink by the same proportion. The floor is the same number to the last digit. The price is wherever buyers and sellers put it.

Creator tokens are locked at launch and release only as the floor covers the launch price. No cliff, no date, no schedule. A token that never trades never unlocks anything, and a creator at 100% can sell everything the next block. Getting there takes a hundred times the launch valuation in volume.

The number of shares under each token only goes up. What they are worth in dollars moves with the market they are made of: the market falls 20%, every floor here falls 20%. That is why every floor on this site is written on two lines, shares first, dollars second.
